Cagayan De Oro-Bukidnon-Camiguin Trip - Day 1

Terminal 3 8:20am flight

Aboard the AirPhil Express plane, we went to Cagayan De Oro. The flight's a little delayed but not enough to ruin the day.

Past 10 in the morning, we arrived at CDO airport.

Day 1:

Six of us at the back of a multicab.

We checked in at Travelers Pod near Limketkai Mall.

After checking in, we went to Bukidnon for lunch. Bukidnon's around an hour and a half away from Cagayan de Oro.

Fruit Salad

Option for unlimited pineapple juice or a glass of Four Seasons. We paid less than Php500 for this meal.

We can all smile now since our stomachs full.

We experienced light to heavy rainshowers in CDO.

In the evening, we went to Limketkai Mall. Then ended up having late dinner at Missy Bon Bon.

HK - Jan 16-22, 2011

Met Chris, Tata, Annie and Robi in Centennial Terminal. Flight to Hong Kong got delayed. I missed the hours that I am supposedly sleeping plus I still have hangover from the Cebu trip.

Day 1: Arrived in Hong Kong after lunch. At the airport, we took whatever maps they have of the place. The weather's 8 degrees Centigrade. Dropped off our luggage at YMCA Salisbury hotel and went out to explore the place.

I get to see the MTR for the first time.

We went from one store to another until we arrived at the Harbor View and the Avenue of Stars.

This is where we had dinner on our first day.

A few drinks before going to bed in Robi's room.

Day 2: First day of training, in the office elevator.

In Mongkok, eating street foods. This is where we first get to shop at H&M.

Day 3: Violet day.

Went to Temple Street for the flea market.

Day 4: Watched the Symphony of Lights at Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront.

Day 5: Dinner at McDonald's.

Day 6: Last day of Training.

Outside the mall, near where we rode the ferry to Hong Kong island.

Day 7: Off to the airport for 11:10am flight.

Cebu Trip - January 13-15, 2011 (Day 3)

This is how we start our day and how it looks like.

We went swimming in the morning at Leo's place. After lunch, we agreed to do another adventure, zip lining!

I love this adventure! One of the many firsts for this year. No pictures yet on the action scene but I'm hoping I'll get those soon.

Cebu Trip - January 13-15, 2011 (Day 2)

Leo's mom told us to get up before 4am so we can witness something part of Sinulog. We tried hard to wake up and join them but our dead tired bodies did not make it. Imagine a room alarming at almost the same time yet we can't get up from our beds.

We had breakfast and then rest some more. After lunch, we decided to go island hopping. (Photos on the left are taken by Allie Camungol) We went to Portofino.

Su Tu Kil Dinner means Su- Sugba (Grilled), Tu- Tula (Soup) and Kil - Kilaw (Raw Fish marinated in vinegar)

I felt like it's the last supper already. I'm super full but the dishes kept on coming in. Oh my! We bought some pasalubong and went to Lapu Lapu Shrine.
